Thousands Protest Gaza Conflict in Mumbai, Delhi, Kenya, Israel

Across the globe, protests have erupted in response to the ongoing conflict and humanitarian crisis in Gaza. In Mumbai, over 500 people, including political parties and civil society groups, rallied to condemn what they described as Israel's genocide in Gaza, calling for boycotts and accountability amid legal challenges to their protests. Similarly, thousands marched in Israel demanding a ceasefire and the release of hostages, reflecting internal dissent amid the conflict. In Kenya’s capital, activists joined a motorcade waving Palestinian flags and called for an end to the genocide, highlighting the severe toll on civilians, including children. Delhi saw peaceful protests at Jantar Mantar, where participants criticized mass killings, starvation in Gaza, and the silence of Western powers while recalling India’s historical solidarity with Palestine. Meanwhile, in the UK, residents protested the supply of arms to Israel, particularly parts used in F-35 fighter jets, emphasizing local complicity in the violence and urging public awareness and action.
