Suspect Arrested in Fatal Akron Shooting

Ontario Bradley, a 24-year-old man, was fatally shot early on May 31 in the 600 block of Darrow Road in Akron, Ohio. Police responded to reports of gunfire between 3:42 and 3:45 a.m., found Bradley with a gunshot wound, and transported him to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead. Martinez Williams, 31, has been arrested and charged with murder in connection to the incident and is currently held in the Summit County Jail. The Akron Police Department’s Major Crimes and Crime Scene Units continue to investigate the case.
