Two Charged with Murder of Five-Week-Old Baby in Lichfield

Two individuals from the West Midlands, Sean Jefferson of Walsall and Amy Leigh Clark of Lichfield, have been charged with murder following the death of a five-week-old baby. Both have also been charged with causing or allowing the death of a child, two counts of grievous bodily harm with intent, and three counts of causing or allowing a child to suffer serious physical harm. The pair appeared at North Staffordshire Justice Centre and were remanded into custody. Their next court appearance is scheduled for June 11 at Stafford Crown Court.
