Joe Walsh has announced the cancellation of the 2024 VetsAid benefit concert, originally scheduled for November 11 at UBS Arena in New York, due to 'circumstances beyond organizers' control'. Despite the cancellation, VetsAid will still distribute $400,000 in grants to support veterans' organizations in New York and New Jersey. Walsh emphasized that the wellbeing of veterans and their families is his primary concern and mission for VetsAid, which he founded in 2017. The concert was set to feature performances from notable artists including Post Malone, Eric Church, Toto, and Kool & the Gang. Ticket holders will receive instructions from Ticketmaster regarding refunds. This event marks the first cancellation in VetsAid's history, which has seen participation from various prominent musicians over the years.
