Child in critical condition after Iowa house fire

A four-year-old boy is in critical condition following a house fire on Friday morning in Spencer, Iowa. After extinguishing the fire, firefighters located the boy and transported him to Spencer Hospital, later transferring him to a children's hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota.
