Champion jockey Oisin Murphy has been charged with driving over the prescribed alcohol limit and failing to cooperate with a preliminary roadside test following a single-vehicle crash in Hermitage, West Berkshire. The incident occurred in the early hours of April 27 when a grey Mercedes A Class left the road and crashed into a tree.
