Vince Williams Out with Ankle Injury

Vince Williams Jr. suffered a right ankle sprain during the Grizzlies' game against the Nuggets on Tuesday and will not play against the 76ers on Wednesday. He recorded four points and five rebounds in just seven minutes before leaving the game with 3:14 remaining in the second quarter. The Grizzlies initially labeled him as doubtful to return after his injury. With Marcus Smart and John Konchar also listed as doubtful due to illness, Luke Kennard and Jake LaRavia may see increased playing time. Williams is currently considered day-to-day as the team evaluates his recovery.
