15-Year-Old Boy Killed in Andover Crash

Ryan Marshall, a 15-year-old boy from Andover, tragically died after being struck by a silver Ford Fiesta on New Street at around 6pm on Saturday. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries the following day. The driver, a 29-year-old woman also from Andover, has been arrested on suspicion of driving while unfit through drugs, although she has since been released and remains under investigation.
