Double Shooting Leaves One Dead in Pueblo

A double shooting in Pueblo, Colorado, early Thursday morning left one man dead and another injured. Police responded to the 1100 block of Egan Avenue around 1:50 a.m., where they found one male victim deceased at the scene and another suffering from a gunshot wound. The injured man was initially taken to a local hospital before being transferred to a facility in Colorado Springs. This incident marks the 20th homicide in Pueblo in 2024, with authorities actively investigating the case. As of now, no arrests have been made, and the identity of the deceased will be confirmed by the Pueblo County Coroner's Office. The investigation remains ongoing with no suspects identified at this time.
