Joe Francis Alleges Extortion Following Violent Robbery

Joe Francis, founder of 'Girls Gone Wild', alleges he is being extorted in Mexico following an incident in which he was reportedly robbed and kidnapped in March. He shared graphic photos of his injuries on social media, claiming he was attacked by eight masked gunmen while jogging near his Punta Mita estate, where his bodyguard was allegedly complicit. Francis contends that after being assaulted and tied up, the assailants drove him back to his house with the help of his bodyguard, who then also robbed his home. He further claims that Punta Mita security refused to assist him post-attack due to concerns about negative publicity, forcing him to walk a mile to a hospital for treatment. At the hospital, Francis alleges he was placed in a medically induced coma without consent, a claim he asserts is part of an ongoing scheme to extort money from him. His insurance company is reportedly suing the hospital over these allegations.
