Jets Interview Candidates for GM Position

The New York Jets are actively searching for a new General Manager following the firing of Joe Douglas, with Phil Savage currently serving as interim GM. Jim Nagy, the Senior Bowl Executive Director, is among the candidates interviewed, alongside former Titans GM Jon Robinson and ex-Falcons GM Thomas Dimitroff. Robinson had a successful tenure with the Titans, leading the team to multiple playoff appearances, while Dimitroff oversaw the Falcons during their Super Bowl run in 2016. The Jets have initiated discussions with a consulting group to aid in their search, and they are also gauging interest in potential head coaching candidates, including former Titans head coach Mike Vrabel. The Jets have yet to schedule interviews for head coach positions, as they focus on filling the GM role first. With a 4-10 record, the Jets are looking to revamp their leadership to improve their standing in the league.
