Jon Bon Jovi's Nashville bar, JBJ's Nashville, located on the famed Broadway street in Nashville, has been listed for sale just over a year after its June 2024 opening, with an asking price of $130 million. The five-story venue, one of the largest on Lower Broadway, features eight bars, five floors, three stages, two rooftop decks—including the highest rooftop bar on Broadway—along with amenities such as a tattoo shop and a mechanical bull, all decorated with Bon Jovi memorabilia. The bar is structured as a 20-year NNN sale-leaseback with 2% annual rental increases, making it a significant commercial real estate opportunity in a major entertainment corridor. Despite its short operation period, JBJ's Nashville has hosted notable live performances, including a surprise set by Bon Jovi himself and an infamous incident involving Kid Rock. While it remains unclear why the bar is being sold so soon, the venue is co-owned by Jon Bon Jovi and BPH Hospitality and is situated in a prime location with entrances on both Broadway and 4th Avenue. The building's design adheres to the city's Broadway Historic Preservation Overlay, ensuring it fits with the surrounding architecture.
