K Radhakrishnan Named Chief Guest for RSS Vijayadashami

Former Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) chief Dr. K. Radhakrishnan has been announced as the chief guest for the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh's (RSS) annual Vijayadashami Utsav, scheduled for October 12, 2024, at Reshimbagh, Nagpur. The event will start at 7:40 am and will also feature an address by RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat. This festival is one of the six major celebrations within the RSS and marks the organization's foundation day, which was established on Vijayadashami in 1925. Last year, renowned singer Padmashri Shankar Mahadevan was the chief guest at the event. The announcement was made via the RSS's official social media account, highlighting the significance of the celebration in the organization's calendar.
