Truck Spill Closes Westbound I-26 Spartanburg Hours

A truck overturned on Interstate 26 near mile marker 26 in Spartanburg County, South Carolina, spilling chicken carcasses and blocking all westbound lanes for nearly 12 hours. The driver, who fell asleep at the wheel and hit a cable barrier, was cited for driving too fast for conditions but was not injured.
