Additionally, Zelenskyy emphasized the focus on the Donetsk Region and expressed intentions to strengthen the Defense Forces in response to recent Russian missile strikes in Pokrovsk. This is the second high-profile military dismissal this year, following the removal of Valeriy Zaluzhnyi in February due to disagreements with Zelenskyy over war strategy.
