He faces multiple charges, including abduction and impersonation of law enforcement, and is being held without bond at the Prince William County Adult Detention Center. Concerns have been raised regarding Cabrera's immigration status, as he was previously captured at the Arizona border and released into the U.S. Police do not believe any other suspects were involved in this incident.
