Nelly’s attorney, Scott Rosenblum, claims the rapper was targeted by an 'overzealous' officer who conducted an improper search without probable cause. Rosenblum asserts that Nelly was unaware of the warrant and is confident the case will be dismissed. The officer reportedly paraded Nelly through the casino, and Rosenblum intends to request an inquiry into the officer’s conduct.
