Baidu Unveils New AI Tools at Conference

At the Baidu World Conference, Baidu Inc unveiled several new AI applications, including the I-RAG text-to-image generator aimed at improving image accuracy and Miaoda, a no-code tool for software development. CEO Robin Li reported that the Ernie platform now manages 1.5 billion daily interactions, a substantial rise from 200 million in May. Baidu's strategy focuses on integrating AI into existing products rather than creating a 'super app,' contrasting with competitors like ByteDance. Additionally, the company launched AI-powered glasses equipped with voice capabilities and cameras. Baidu's AI agents are set to attract significant enterprise interest, having already engaged 150,000 companies and 800,000 developers.
