King Harris Arrested in Georgia for Traffic Offenses

King Harris, son of rapper T.I., was arrested in Dunwoody, Georgia, after nearly colliding with a police car while driving out of a gas station. Upon being pulled over, officers detected marijuana odor and noticed a firearm on King's hip. A check revealed an outstanding warrant for failure to appear in Pickens County related to charges from August 2022, including speeding and driving under the influence. King was cooperative, allowing officers to remove the firearm without incident, and was subsequently detained and taken to the DeKalb County Jail. Two passengers in the vehicle were cited for marijuana possession, but not arrested. King was later released to Pickens County, where a bench warrant was recalled.
