Issaquah Brothers Arrested After Moses Lake Road Rage Gun Incident

Two brothers from Issaquah, Sean McGowan, 52, and Casey McGowan, 49, were arrested following a road rage incident in Moses Lake that escalated from a minor hit-and-run in the parking lot of the Tap Room to an armed confrontation. After the initial collision, the victim followed the suspect vehicle and flagged it down in the 1000 block of Marina Drive, where the brothers confronted the victim while armed with a firearm, causing the victim to flee in fear. Police tracked the suspects to a nearby home on Lakeshore Drive and, with the assistance of the Moses Lake Tactical Response Team, took them into custody without incident. Both men face multiple felony charges, including first-degree assault, felony harassment, and hit-and-run attended. A search warrant was executed at the suspects' home as part of the ongoing investigation. The incident highlights the escalation of road rage to violent threats involving firearms in Washington state.
