Woodford Reserve has unveiled its 2025 commemorative bottle for the 151st Kentucky Derby, featuring the artwork of Cuban-born artist Humberto Lahera. The bottle showcases Lahera's dynamic painting 'Carrera Dinamica,' which reflects the excitement and fluid motion of the race. Retailing at $49.99, the one-liter bottle will be available for purchase globally starting March 5 at ReserveBar, the Woodford Reserve Distillery, and online. Lahera, who now resides in Louisville, expressed his honor at being chosen for this project, emphasizing the influence of his Cuban heritage and artistic journey in Kentucky. This marks Woodford Reserve's annual tradition of producing a limited-edition Derby bottle, a highly sought-after collector's item since 1999. The release continues to celebrate the intertwining of bourbon culture and horse racing in the region.
