DoorDash Driver Arrested for Stealing Paralyzed Deputy's Order

A DoorDash driver in Madison, Mississippi, was arrested after allegedly stealing an order intended for retired, paralyzed deputy Brad Sullivan. Sullivan placed the order at Academy Sports for his son, but it was picked up by a driver using the name 'Dennis K,' later identified as Terel Hampton. The order was marked as canceled without Sullivan's input, and when contacted, Hampton denied having the order or refused to deliver it. Police tracked Hampton, found Sullivan's merchandise, a firearm, and marijuana in his vehicle, and arrested him on multiple charges including petit larceny and possession of marijuana while armed. The stolen items were returned to Sullivan, who expressed gratitude to the police and stated he would not use DoorDash again, noting that the company offered no assistance. Hampton was booked into the Madison County Jail following the incident.
