WWE, Big 12 Announce 2025 SmackDown Football Tour

The Big 12 Conference and WWE have expanded their partnership to bring four episodes of Friday Night SmackDown to Big 12 football markets during the 2025 season. The tour begins August 22 in Dublin, Ireland, ahead of the Iowa State vs. Kansas State matchup in the Aer Lingus College Football Classic. Additional SmackDown events are scheduled for Cincinnati on October 3, Tempe, Arizona on October 24, and Salt Lake City, Utah on October 31, each preceding a major Big 12 football game. This initiative builds on previous collaborations, such as WWE presenting championship belts at Big 12 Championship Games. The joint events aim to offer fans consecutive days of sports and entertainment in the same city. Ticket details for these events have not yet been announced.
