Lana Del Rey: Nonsurgical Nose Filler, Photo Leak Alleged

Lana Del Rey told fans on Instagram she has never undergone surgical plastic surgery or been "under the knife or anesthesia," but acknowledged a seven-minute nonsurgical rhinoplasty using dermal filler to build up the bridge of her nose. She said the clarification came while responding to fans and that she was panicked when Dr. Antel’s intern allegedly released 'before' photos, a disclosure she described as a potential HIPAA violation. Medical sources say nonsurgical “liquid” nose jobs are temporary—often around six months—and can carry serious risks, including vision loss or vascular occlusion if filler enters a blood vessel. Fans largely defended her in the exchange. Del Rey is also preparing a delayed tenth studio album, Stove, expected in late January 2026 and involving collaborators including Luke Laird and Jack Antonoff.
