The CW Network is set to broadcast part of KCON LA 2024, the world's largest K-pop festival, live on primetime national TV in the U.S., featuring performances by top K-pop stars like NCT 127, STAYC, Zico, and more. This marks the first time a K-pop festival will be shown live on national television in the U.S., highlighting the genre's increasing popularity. The festival, organized by CJ ENM, will include various fan activities, live performances, and nightly concerts from July 26 to 28 at the LA Convention Center and Crypto.com Arena, with hosts like Rowoon, Jeon Somi, and Kim Soo-hyun. KCON, known for celebrating K-pop and Korean culture, has expanded globally and will soon be held in Germany for the first time in September 2024, attracting millions of fans worldwide.
