Two Arrested for DUI in Fatal Fullerton Motorcycle Crash

A motorcyclist was killed in a crash in Fullerton near the intersection of Euclid Street and Bastanchury Road when a Chevrolet Tahoe towing a recreational trailer stopped due to a mechanical issue in the center median. An adult male passenger attempted to reverse the vehicle, causing the trailer to jack-knife and block both westbound lanes, directly into the path of the westbound motorcyclist. Both the female driver and the man who tried to move the vehicle were arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs. It remains unclear whether the motorcyclist was under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Paramedics pronounced the motorcyclist dead at the scene, and authorities are seeking information from witnesses.
