Michigan Man Charged in ISIS Base Attack Plot

Ammar Abdulmajid-Mohamed Said, a 19-year-old former Michigan Army National Guard member, was arrested and charged with planning a mass shooting at the U.S. Army’s TACOM facility in Warren, Michigan, on behalf of ISIS.
