Kate Winslet Reunites with Titanic Violinist

During a recent appearance on The Graham Norton Show, Kate Winslet recounted a delightful reunion with Jonathan Evans-Jones, the violinist who portrayed Wallace Hartley in 'Titanic' (1997). While overseeing the score recording for her new film 'Lee' at Abbey Road Studios, Winslet spotted a familiar face among the 120-piece orchestra but initially struggled to place him. After some encouragement from other musicians, she approached him and joyfully recognized him as the Titanic violinist, expressing that the encounter was 'wonderful.' Winslet, who produced 'Lee' and starred as war photographer Lee Miller, reflected on the meaningful connections she made during the film's production, noting that many familiar industry faces showed up to support her. 'Lee' was released in theaters in late September and is now available for streaming on AppleTV+ and Amazon Prime.
