Lenovo Plans Regional Headquarters, Leadership Appointments in Riyadh

Lenovo has announced the establishment of its Regional Headquarters (RHQ) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, located in the prominent Al Majdoul Tower, as part of its strategic expansion in the Middle East. This move aligns with Lenovo's commitment to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and its goals for digital transformation and economic diversification. The company is collaborating with ALAT, a Public Investment Fund-owned entity, to build a 200,000 sqm advanced manufacturing facility in the Riyadh Integrated area, expected to produce millions of 'Saudi Made' devices by 2026. Lenovo appointed Lawrence Yu as Head of the RHQ, with Giovanni Di Filippo as Vice President & General Manager and Zoran Radumilo as Chief Technology Officer for Lenovo Saudi Arabia. The RHQ will support Lenovo’s broader regional strategy, including flagship retail, VIP customer services, R&D, marketing, and strategic partnerships. This expansion signifies Lenovo’s long-term investment in enhancing its presence and manufacturing capabilities in the rapidly growing Middle East market.
