Family of Missing Teen Jay Slater Plans Fundraisers

Spanish police in Tenerife have allowed the family of missing teenager Jay Slater to bring in their own search and rescue teams to aid in the search efforts. Slater, 19, disappeared after attending a rave and attempting to walk back to his accommodation, with his last known location traced to a mountainous area. Despite official searches being called off, Slater's family is determined to continue the search, with plans to raise funds in the UK for ongoing efforts both in Tenerife and back home in Lancashire. Debbie Duncan, Slater's mother, expressed gratitude for the support received and emphasized the family's commitment to finding Jay.
