Davey Todd Clinches 2025 North West 200 Superbike

Davey Todd claimed his maiden Superbike victory at the 2025 North West 200, leading from start to finish on his 8TEN Racing BMW and narrowly holding off Dean Harrison, who set the fastest lap and secured his 11th NW200 podium. Todd's teammate Peter Hickman finished third, marking a strong debut for the 8TEN Racing team, which was assembled just eight weeks before the event. Todd described the victory as especially meaningful after previous years' near-misses and dedicated his win to the late Owen Jenner and Shane Richardson, both recently lost in a BSB tragedy. Alastair Seeley, the event's record wins holder, retired early due to technical issues, while Michael Dunlop finished fourth despite injuries from an earlier crash. Todd also won the Superstock race, underlining his emergence as a leading figure in road racing. The event marked the end of Glenn Irwin's dominance, with new contenders rising after his retirement.
