SEC Football Media Days Set for July 14-17 in Atlanta
The 2025 SEC Football Media Days are set for July 14-17 in Atlanta, Georgia, at the College Football Hall of Fame and Omni Atlanta Hotel, marking the third time the city has hosted since 2018. The four-day event will feature appearances from every SEC head football coach, including Alabama's Kalen DeBoer, and three players per university, such as Alabama's Kadyn Proctor, Tim Keenan III, and Deontae Lawson, all making their first Media Days appearance. SEC commissioner Greg Sankey will open the event, and SEC coordinator of officials John McDaid is scheduled to speak on July 15. The SEC Network will broadcast the event nationally, showcasing 11 projected starting quarterbacks among the student-athletes. This Media Days event follows a season where three SEC teams qualified for the College Football Playoff, with Texas advancing furthest before losing to eventual national champion Ohio State. The event provides a platform for coaches and players to engage with the media ahead of the college football season.
