Pixar Announces Dream Productions Series on Disney+

Pixar Animation Studios has unveiled an official trailer for 'Dream Productions', a new animated series set to premiere on Disney+ on December 11, 2024. This series takes place between the events of 'Inside Out' and 'Inside Out 2', focusing on how Riley's dreams are produced in her mind with the help of Joy and the Core Emotions. Directed by Paula Persimmon, voiced by Paula Pell, the storyline follows her collaboration with Xeni, a daydream director voiced by Richard Ayoade, as they attempt to create Riley's next significant dream. The show features a star-studded cast including Amy Poehler, Maya Rudolph, and Lewis Black, and is produced by Mike Jones and Jaclyn Simon. Additionally, the soundtrack for 'Dream Productions' will be available on streaming services starting December 20, 2024. This series is positioned as a humorous mockumentary-style exploration of the dream-making process within Riley's mind.
