Bodies Recovered in Multiple US Lakes After Extensive Searches

Authorities recovered a body at Watson Lake in northern Colorado, believed to be that of Larry Baker, an 80-year-old local missing person and avid fisherman who disappeared after leaving his home on June 16. Despite extensive search efforts involving over 60 personnel with tracking dogs, drones, scuba divers, and underwater technology, officials have not yet confirmed the identity or cause of death. The Larimer County Sheriff's Office temporarily closed Watson Lake during the investigation but has since reopened it to the public. In a separate incident, the Pickens County Coroner identified 70-year-old Francis Andrew March, who died after jumping into Saluda Lake in South Carolina. Additionally, rescuers found the body of a 5-year-old boy in the Cuyahoga River in Ohio, while the search continues for a man who went missing after an inflatable capsized.
