Paolo Sorrentino Announces New Film La Grazia

Italian director Paolo Sorrentino is set to begin filming his new project, 'La Grazia', in spring 2025, reuniting with frequent collaborator Toni Servillo. While plot details are scarce, the film is described as a love story set in Italy. Sorrentino's latest film, 'Parthenope', has achieved significant box office success, grossing over €7.4 million, making it the highest-grossing Italian film of 2024. 'Parthenope', which explores themes of love and happiness in Naples, will be released in the U.S. by A24 in February 2025. Sorrentino and Servillo have worked together on ten films, with 'The Great Beauty' earning an Oscar for Best International Feature. The production will be managed by Annamaria Morelli's The Apartment, alongside Sorrentino's own Numero 10 and PiperFilm.
