Though the exterior was used in the films, the interior scenes were shot on a set in Vancouver, and the real-life residence lacks the fictional 'Red Room' and other extravagant features. The 5,200-square-foot, three-bedroom, four-bath condo offers luxury amenities like a 24-hour concierge, fitness center, and breathtaking views of Elliott Bay and the Olympic Mountains. Originally sold in 2010 for $5.9 million, its value has appreciated, in part due to the fame from the 'Fifty Shades' series. The listing is held by Phil Greely of The Agency Seattle, and the current owner is Oracle senior vice president Clay Magouyrk, who purchased it in 2019 for $9 million.
