Former Maryland Priest Charged with Child Sex Abuse

William 'Father Bill' Mannion, a 62-year-old former priest, was arrested by the Baltimore County Police on charges of second-degree child abuse and multiple sex offenses, related to incidents that allegedly occurred between 1991 and 1994. The abuse reportedly took place at a property on St. Agnes Lane in Catonsville, Maryland. The investigation was initiated after a survivor reported the abuse in October 2023 to the Crimes Against Children Unit. Authorities believe there may be additional victims and are encouraging anyone with information to contact the police.
