Tennessee rallies from 16 down, beats Vanderbilt 81-76

The No. 5 Tennessee men's basketball team staged a remarkable comeback to defeat Vanderbilt 81-76 on Saturday. After trailing by 16 points in the first half and 13 at halftime, Tennessee outscored Vanderbilt 50-32 in the second half, led by Zakai Zeigler's 22 points, all scored in the second half. Chaz Lanier contributed 21 points, while Jason Edwards led Vanderbilt with 24 points. Tennessee's victory avenged a previous loss to Vanderbilt and improved their record to 21-5 overall and 8-5 in the Southeastern Conference. The Volunteers' performance showcased their resilience, particularly in overcoming a sluggish first half where they allowed 44 points, the most they've given up in a single half this season.
