Ukraine Probes Execution of 16 POWs by Russia

Ukrainian Prosecutor General Andriy Kostin condemned the act as a deliberate policy by the Russian military and political leadership, highlighting that this execution is part of a broader pattern of war crimes. Kyiv continues to document extensive war crimes committed by Russian forces. Moscow has yet to comment on these allegations.
