L’Oréal has acquired a 10% stake in Galderma, a leader in dermatology and injectables, for an estimated $1.85 billion. Galderma, which generated $4 billion last year, will collaborate with L’Oréal on advanced technologies to combat skin aging. The deal, finalized with a consortium led by EQT and other investors, will not affect Galderma's Board of Directors.
