Coventry Godiva Festival Freezes Ticket Prices for 2025

Coventry City Council has announced that ticket prices for the Godiva Festival will be frozen for 2025, with tickets available from just £4. The festival, scheduled for July 4-6 at War Memorial Park, will introduce new ticketing policies, including a 'Teen Ticket' for ages 13-17 and a child ticket for ages 5-12, to enhance affordability. Additionally, the minimum age for teens attending without an adult will rise from 16 to 18, and security measures will be increased, with wristbands mandatory for entry. Deputy leader Abdul Salam Khan emphasized the festival's value and the exciting lineup planned for the event. Tickets will go on sale on March 31, 2025, and are expected to sell quickly due to the festival's popularity. The council has invested £330,000 to support the festival amid financial scrutiny, ensuring it remains accessible to the community.
