Cleveland Officer Shoots Driver After Being Dragged During Warrant Attempt; TBI Investigates

In Cleveland, Tennessee, a police officer attempted to serve a warrant on Samantha Kaye Burd, a passenger in a vehicle at a Speedway gas station, but the driver, Johnny Broglin, fled while dragging the officer. The officer fired his weapon, striking Broglin, who then fled but was later found at a residence and taken to a hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
