Three Arrested in Fatal Santa Monica Stabbing

Three men have been arrested in connection with the fatal stabbing of 31-year-old Oscar Alfredo Gonzalez outside The Bungalow bar in Santa Monica early Saturday. The suspects, identified as brothers Alfredo Quinteros (41) and Ricardo Quintero (42) from South Gate, and 32-year-old Rogelio Arenas from Los Angeles, were taken into custody following a comprehensive investigation by the Santa Monica Police Department. Gonzalez suffered critical injuries and was transported to a hospital where he later died, while another victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Police stated that the incident stemmed from a verbal altercation and was not a random act of violence, noting that all suspects have extensive criminal histories. Both Arenas and Alfredo Quinteros face murder charges, while Ricardo Quintero is charged as an accessory, with all three held without bail. The investigation remains ongoing, and authorities are requesting anyone with information to come forward.
