The incident occurred around 7:30 p.m. as the plane, destined for San Juan, Puerto Rico, was taxiing, and no injuries were reported. Massachusetts State Police and the Massachusetts Port Authority confirmed the event, prompting a response due to reports of a disturbance. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is investigating the matter. Additionally, JetBlue experienced another incident earlier in the week when two deceased bodies were discovered in the landing gear of a plane during routine maintenance.
