Titan Capital Winners Fund Raises INR 200 Crore

Titan Capital Winners Fund, spearheaded by Snapdeal co-founders Kunal Bahl and Rohit Bansal, has successfully raised INR 200 crore to invest in follow-on rounds for breakout companies from its seed portfolio, which includes notable startups like Urban Company and MamaEarth. This Category-II Alternative Investment Fund aims to support tech-enabled businesses led by exceptional founders, reflecting a commitment to nurturing high-potential startups. The fund's rapid fundraising, completed in less than six months, attracted diverse limited partners, including family offices and venture capital figures, with additional LPs expected through an optional greenshoe. Bahl and Bansal emphasized their goal of reinforcing partnerships with their portfolio companies during subsequent capital raises. Since its inception in 2011, Titan Capital has supported over 250 companies, marking a significant presence in the Indian startup ecosystem. Their successful exits from investments like Urban Company and Ola Cabs highlight their track record in the sector.
