Auburn at No. 9 Texas A&M: Injury Updates

No. 9 Texas A&M will host Auburn in its SEC opener Saturday at 2:30 p.m. CT at Kyle Field (ESPN). The Aggies (3-0) are led by QB Marcel Reed and receivers Mario Craver and KC Concepcion, but their defense is under scrutiny after surrendering more than 400 yards to Notre Dame; linebacker Scooby Williams has been ruled out and safety Bryce Anderson is also out, with A&M likely to start Daymion Sanford or Jordan Lockhart and expecting OL Reuben Fatheree II to make his season debut. Auburn, coming off a 24-17 loss to Oklahoma in which QB Jackson Arnold was sacked nine times, will have DB Jay Crawford available but will be without WR Horatio Fields and RB Durell Robinson. The game will likely hinge on Auburn’s ability to limit sacks and Texas A&M’s explosive passing attack.
