India Bans Fans from Training Sessions in Australia

The Indian cricket team has requested to ban fans from attending their training sessions during the rest of their tour of Australia, following a large turnout of approximately 5,000 spectators at the Adelaide Oval. This decision, confirmed by Cricket Australia, aims to minimize distractions and noise that could impact the players' preparation. The change was prompted by incidents such as selfie requests and heckling from fans during practice. Despite open sessions being a tradition in Australia, the Indian team prefers privacy, especially during Test match preparations. Media access will still be allowed to some extent, but future sessions in Brisbane and Sydney will be closed to the public.
