Rob maintains a close relationship with his sisters and is often at Khloé's house, prioritizing his daughter Dream, whom he co-parents with ex-fiancée Blac Chyna. He stated he has not seriously dated since Dream's birth, choosing to focus on fatherhood and being a good example. While Rob prefers a private, homebody lifestyle, he has not entirely ruled out a future return to television.
