Francesco Guidotti to Leave KTM MotoGP Team

Francesco Guidotti will leave his role as Team Manager of Red Bull KTM Factory Racing at the end of the 2024 MotoGP season, marking a significant leadership change for the team. Guidotti joined KTM in 2022 and has overseen substantial progress, including two Grand Prix wins, 12 podium finishes, and contributions to the team's highest championship standing to date, with Brad Binder finishing fourth in 2023. KTM Motorsports Director Pit Beirer acknowledged Guidotti's achievements and emphasized the need for a different leadership approach going forward. The team is expected to enter a new chapter in 2025, potentially welcoming new management, with Aki Ajo and Dani Pedrosa mentioned as possible successors. The upcoming season is set to bring major changes to the KTM program, especially with the introduction of revamped technical regulations by 2027.
