Cape Coral's Slipaway Food Truck Park Opens June 2025 with 10 Vendors

Slipaway Food Truck Park & Marina, Cape Coral’s first food truck park, is set to open in June 2025 at 1811 Cape Coral Parkway E., featuring 10 locally owned food trucks selected from over 140 applicants. The lineup includes diverse options such as award-winning Philly cheesesteaks from Philly Express, Southern fried chicken at Addison’s On The Go, fresh seafood from Lobster Chef, Greek cuisine by Greek Spot Go, and Mexican-Peruvian fusion at Not Yo Mama’s Tacos. Other vendors will offer barbecue, unique sandwiches, gourmet comfort food, Cuban dishes, and handcrafted ice cream and pastries. The 3.1-acre waterfront venue will provide seating for 300 guests (up to 500 during special events), a full-service bar, live music, and stunning views. Boaters can access the site via 30 marina slips, a fuel dock, and a ship store, making it accessible by land or sea. Slipaway aims to become a family- and pet-friendly destination for both locals and visitors, and is currently hiring for various positions.
